This solution offers fixed price services and has a flexible rostering model for scalability. This includes a dedicated service delivery manager to oversee ITIL processes, as well as reporting capabilities. Green Light aims to provide an efficient and cost-effective solution for managing data centres.
BENEFITS
The implementation of the Green Light solution resulted in cost savings of up to 40%. The transition to Green Light’s control of the data centres was seamless, and included 50% of incumbent staff. The solution also met the minimum standards for the state awards systems, which were highly complex.
