Induction and training – You will go through a full induction to Green Light, learn where we came from, our awesome company culture and meet the teams. You will get full onsite training on our CRM, your new department and your new role. We equip you with the right tools for success.
Set up for Success – We believe in setting up each and every person for success. During your first two weeks you will meet with key colleagues to discuss their roles, the business, our amazing company culture and key tips and advice. We also fully kit you out with some Green Light merch – from catalogues to pens to shirts.
